You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at taliahortick2020@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds:
Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
